MLA Holds "Sydney Bulgogi" Event
Mr. Glen Feist , MLA Korea's regional manager

The MLA (Meat and Livestock Australia) gives away gift certificates for "Sydney Bulgogi" event to customers who buy Hoju Chungjung Woo in celebration of Shinsagae E-Mart's 12th anniversary.

The MLA (, well known for Hoju Chungjung Woo, will hold an event from 17 to 30 November in celebration of the 12th anniversary of Shinsagae E-Mart.

The MLA will randomly give away gift certificates for the "Sydney Bulgogi" event to 2,400 customers that purchase Hoju Chungjung Woo at all 75 Shinsagae E-Mart stores.

During the 14-day event, customers that purchase Hoju Chungjung Woo will receive entry to the event. A total of 2,400 customers will be drawn by lot and given gift certificates.

"Sydney Bulgogi" is good for cooking Bulgogi, a traditional Korean cuisine, as it is plain and tender meat with little fat. It also has excellent taste and nutrition because the cattle are raised under a firmly controlled quality management system in the clean and safe Australian environment.

Hoju Chungjung Woo, which uses "Clean & Safe beef" as its motto, has been loved by Korean consumers for its abundant taste and thorough quality management; the brand has achieved double-digit growth every year in Korea since 2002.

Regional Manager at MLA Korea, Glen Feist said, "We planned the event to celebrate Shinsagae E-Mart's 12th anniversary and to express our gratitude to Korean consumers for their support of Hoju Chungjung Woo. From this point on, we will continue to inform Korean consumers about Hoju Chungjung Woo's excellence in taste and nutrition."

MLA (Meat and Livestock Australia) is a nonprofit organization that aims to promote domestic and overseas marketing and sales promotion for Australian meat and livestock products and to develop mutually beneficial relationships with trading partners worldwide.

It is a producers' organization financially sponsored solely by the Australian livestock industry. Hoju Chungjung Woo, which entered Korea in 1989, has been enjoying great popularity among Korean consumers.
