Great Taste & Health Benefits of Aromatic Herbs
At The Brasserie of COEX InterContinental Seoul’s
Aromatic Herbs at the buffet restaurant The Brasserie of COEX InterContinental Seoul

From March 2 to April 30 guests of the buffet restaurant The Brasserie at the COEX InterContinental Seoul will be able to enjoy menu items featuring taste enhancing herbs—that are good for you, too! Take a whiff of our spring salads full of rosemary, thyme, coriander and saffron or sample mixed rice with tender young herbs or even indulge yourself in herb desserts.

During this promotion our chefs will be happy to combine your choice of fresh herbs and vegetables to create grilled-to-order Mongolian BBQ with fresh Asian herbs and sprouts. Or how about trying herb and sprout bibimbap (mixed rice). Our fresh antipasto style salads using the best of oils and fresh herbs are the perfect solution for the busy business person who doesn't have lots of time to think of their health. Complement your salad with some crusty herb bread and finish off your meal with unique desserts like Lavender crème brulee or Mint and yoghurt fruit salad.

The Brasserie features an open kitchen and has private rooms available. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served and it is open all day for meals and beverages. The 150-item buffet is changed regularly and you will be sure to find your favorite food items— if noodles are your passion, the Brasserie has varieties from Korea, Japan, and China at its noodle corner as well as dim sum.

Our herb specials will be available at lunch and dinner. The price for lunch is 39,000 won and for dinner 43,000 won. (VAT and service charge included.) 02-3430-8610
