Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Italian restaurant, is pleased to introduce a Green Cuisine Promotion where Chef Anita Bidini will add six new "Green" dishes to the menu. Running from March 15, through to March 31, 2006, this "Green Cuisine" promotion is a perfect harbinger of spring, when green buds bid goodbye to the cold winter.

The "Green Cusine" will consist of grilled green vegetables with scamorza and pesto sauce, avocado salad with a vinagrette dressing, tortelli stuffed with artichoke and ricotta cheese in an herbed butter sauce, parsley fettuccine with a green pea and squid sauce, steamed sea bass with a rucola pesto sauce, and grilled lamb chops served with spinach in a mint sauce. Green in color, these select dishes will also feature fresh and healthy ingredients.

Also at Il Ponte, every Saturday and Sunday at lunchtime (11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.), your children, the "chefs of the future," are invited to explore their culinary and creative talents by making their own pizza! The Chef will then bake your child's masterpiece to simmering perfection!

Don't forget to take advantage of Il Ponte's Weekend Tavola as well. The Italian answer to weekend brunch, the Weekend Tavola allows you to dine on salads, antipasti, pasta, your choice of main course, and dessert for only 35,000 won (a minimum of 3 diners).
