Star Chef, Roy Yamaguchi Is Coming to Seoul
Euro-Asian Cuisine Master Operates 31 Restaurants
Specialties made by Star Chef, Roy Yamaguchi, Euro-Asian Cuisine Master

Lotte Hotel Seoul will invite Euro-Asian Cuisine master chef Roy Yamaguchi to prepare his specialties from March 29 through until the March 31, 2006 with "Roy's Night" at the Vine Wine Restaurant & Bar, and "Roy's Gala Dinner" at the Crystal Ballroom.

Building a unique creative palate based on the fusion of Asian ingredients with European cooking techniques, Roy Yamaguchi has been extraordinarily successful as his cuisine breaks culinary frontiers.

Born of a Hawaiian father and Okinawan mother, young Roy became accustomed to enjoying fresh seafood from visits to his grandparents home.

Inspired by this upbringing, Roy bases his creations mainly on seafood and now, this master chef of Euro-Asian cuisine — praised by the New York Times — is operating 31 restaurants worldwide including properties in Hawaii, Tokyo, Guam, Hong Kong, California, Seattle, and New York, as well as hosting the "Famous Food Show" on air in 60 countries.

The plentiful seafood cuisine Roy has selected to present at Lotte Hotel Seoul will be prepared with Hawaiian macadamia nuts and tropical fruit, Japanese ponzu sauce, and Korean soybeans.

Vine Wine Restaurant & Bar will present a six-course dinner with selections including lobster miso bisque, misoyaki style butterfish with sizzling soy peanuts in an oil viniagrette, maui wowie shrimp salad with feta cheese and more, priced at 130,000 won per person, service charges & VAT are not included.

The eight-course Gala Dinner will be highlighted by a luxury brand fashion show to be held in Lotte's Crystal Ballroom on March 31st, and menus include "Sashimi of Japan Tai with Sea Urchin Puree, Ginger & Sizzling Soy," "Seared Kampachi with Miso Crab Hot Pot," "Grilled Filet of Beef with Port Wine Glaze" and more. Price per person is KRW 280,000 and Service Charge & VAT are included.

Few culinary events you will ever attend are as special as these so why not take advantage of this rare opportunity to meet a world-class star chef in Seoul for a dining experience you will never forget!
