Garlic Promotion at Il Ponte

Il Ponte, Millennium Seoul Hilton's Italian restaurant, is pleased to present a celebration of garlic, also known as the stinking rose. For this special garlic promotion, Il Ponte's regular menu will be replaced with a special garlic-infused menu during the month of April.

From antipasti and salads to soups, pizzas, pastas, meat and seafood, Chef Anita Bidini has designed a special menu with a garlic theme. Some of the great creations include: Thinly-sliced Beef with Rucola and Sliced Garlic Marinated in a Balsamic Dressing; Garlic-flavoured Black Fettuccini with Lobster and a Creamy Saffron Sauce; Duck Breast with an Olive Sauce, served with Garlic Clove Tempura; and even Fried Ravioli Stuffed with Creamy Cheese and Garlic, Served with Mint-flavoured Honey.

But don't worry, if you can't fathom a sweet garlicky dessert there are four garlic-free desserts to choose from! Should you have any special requests, Chef Anita will try her best to accommodate you.

Garlic has been around for over 4,000 years. Folklore attributes garlic with good luck and protection against evil. In addition, garlic has countless health benefits. Its ability to kill bacteria enabled garlic to substitute for penicillin during World War II. High in vitamins C, A, and B, garlic stimulates the immune system to eliminate toxins and combat carcinogens. This miracle bulb is a modern-day wonder drug that should be a part of everyone's daily diet, so come and take advantage of Il Ponte's Garlic Promotion in April!

And don't forget to take advantage of Il Ponte's Weekend Tavola. The Italian answer to weekend brunch, the Weekend Tavola allows you to dine on salads, antipasti, pasta, your choice of main course, and dessert for only KW35,000++ (minimum three diners, please).

Il Ponte features the finest Italian cuisine from tempting pasta and wood-fired brick oven pizza baked to perfection to mouthwatering regional dishes. Il Ponte also has an extensive choice of exquisite Italian and international wines.

For reservations or enquiries, please call Il Ponte at (02) 317-3270.
