COEX InterContinental Seoul's Sky Lounge, located on the 30th floor of hotel and home to spectacular views southern Seoul, will offer the most discriminating diners a 10-course menu until the end of May.

Described as being the "ultimate" degustation menu, our executive chef, Mr. Paul Schenk has selected only the finest ingredients to create twice the number of courses found in the usual hotel set menu.

Think of this set menu when you wish to host a very important business client and create a memorable evening with that special someone.

Your journey begins with walnut and feta cheese bread with balsamic and virgin olive oil followed by sea bass, tuna and salmon spring roll, and pan flashed fois gras with raspberry reduction and grissini. Other highlights include fresh chilled lobster, ostrich carpaccio, jumbo prawn, venison, Australian wagyu beef, and alfonso mango pudding.
