La Seine Renewal Opening Event at Lotte
Lotte Hotel World's La Seine Buffet Restaurant Opens
La Seine Buffet Restaurant at Lotte Hotel Seoul

La Seine Buffet Restaurant at Lotte Hotel Seoul will present a Chilean wine promotion during May, with six types of wines to celebrate La Seine's renewal opening. An air trip ticket to Southeast Asia is featured in a lucky draw that includes hotel lodging tickets, buffet tickets and more. Complimentary wine tasting will be presented from May 1 to May 8, 2006.

After extensive renovation, Lotte Hotel World has announced the renewed opening of the 'La Seine' Buffet restaurant on May 1, 2006. Located on the second floor in the space previously occupied by Toh Lim Chinese Restaurant, Momoyama Japanese Restaurant, and 'Seo Ho' Teppanyaki Restaurant, La Seine will provide 1,426sqm of dining pleasure with seating for 290 guests, along with 12 private rooms.

In addition to the renovation, a new dining concept called the 'Food Train' will be sure to please those who delight in buffet dining. Under the new concept, all food stations are arranged in rows, forming a line that travels through several rooms. Guests can begin their selection at any point, and simply follow the line to the end, before arriving at their seats.

La Seine will present 153 authentic dishes, prepared by chefs on the spot in an open kitchen, distinguishing itself from other buffet restaurants with eight stylish food stations including a Western Station, Japanese Station, Chinese Station, Korean Station, Noodle Station, Well-being Station, Dessert Station and Teppanyaki Station. La Seine also features a regular calendar of seasonal specials, and special promotions highlighting particular foods or cooking styles.

La Seine's 12 separate rooms can accommodate from six to 60 guests, and advance reservation is required.
