Sofitel Reveals Its New Lobby
Sofitel's new lobby

Sofitel Ambassador Seoul has recently completed the renovation on its lobby after five months of work and opened the new door to the public to add another value to the hotel, which had the 50th anniversary last year.

The hotel embarked on the 30million-dollar renovation project to transform itself into a top luxury hotel by refurbishing its exterior, 60% of guestrooms and other outlets.

As of 2006, the Korean-Korean venture hotel also completed the remodeling on guestrooms (9, 10 and 11F) and is planning on another 15 million-dollar work to finish the renovation on the remaining guestrooms, conference venues and restaurants by 2009.

Designed by one of the world's leading interior design specialists, LRF in Hong Kong, the new lobby at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul is impressively toned with white and backed up by marble floor and wall, which are perfectly in harmony with modern French chandelier. Also, the mini-garden at Lobby Lounge & Deli and European style restrooms are a part of the newly renovated lobby.

The Renewed, Refined Sofitel Ambassador Seoul is becoming a new landmark of Seoul as it receives a lot of compliments from various types of guests. Besides the outer upgrade, the hotel has deployed its new corporate policy "Sofitel Culture Change" to promote interactive and effective internal communication in order to upgrade the quality of guest service and guest satisfaction, which will lead the hotel to become the new global standard of luxury hotels.
