Executive chef grills Australian steaks

The Sky Lounge, located on the 30th floor of the COEX InterContinental Seoul and renowned for its breathtaking views of southern Seoul, will be featuring Australia's finest prime steaks from July 1 to August 31, 2006.

Executive Chef Paul Schenk will be grilling a selection that includes Grain fed beef tenderloin, Wagyu tenderloin, Wagyu striploin and Veal tenderloin — to name just a few — along with your choice of potatoes and sauce.

By grilling these steaks over an open flame Chef Schenk preserves the tenderness and juices of the meat, making the meal a flavorful taste experience rare to Seoul.

Along with your steak select either creamy mashed potatoes with roasted garlic, homemade spiced roasted potatoes or sautéed potatoes with basil pesto. Sauces available include Peppercorn, Mushroom, Bearnaise, or Garlic port wine. If you wish, you may add the salad and dessert buffet for an additional charge.
