Herb-Flavored Charcoal BBQ at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul

Gourmets welcome the season of autumn for their outdoor feast and, outdoor BBQ beats more of its competitors. The BBQ over charcoals brings everyone together to the table and now, you can do it at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul!

"Café de Chef" on the lobby features "Herb-Flavored Charcoal BBQ" through September 21. Kicking off with cold Avocado Soup with spicy tomato salsa, the special feast features main dishes such as Moroccan herbs with spicy chicken and fruity couscous (45,000won), Grilled marinated lamb chop with lentil (52,000won) and more. For seafood lovers, Char-grilled seafood kebob with herb butter on saffron pilaf (55,000won) are the recommendations. Also, Five spice chocolate mousse with thyme anglaise sauce wraps up your BBQ party as the dessert.

A la carte is another choice while featuring Moroccan herbs with spicy chicken and fruity couscous available only at 25,000won and Grilled beef rib-eye steak with on basil pistachio butter are 32,000won each.

All seasoned with rosemary, basil, dime and Morocan Herb, your choice of favorite charcoal BBQ dishes are served in steak and prawn. All you have to do now is to reserve your table and choose your best BBQ delicacy for your fantastic dining.
