A Drunken Korean Businessman Leaps Off Pattaya Hotel
Korean businessman leaps off Pattaya Hotel.

Pol. Capt. Kriangkraiwut Bualah, Pattaya Investigator, was notified that a foreign man had fallen from the 4th floor, and the man was dead at 4.30am on September 22, 2008, The police team, and Sawang Boriboon accordingly went to the incident scene to investigate.

In front of the Summer Spring Hotel, Pattaya, police found Mr. Mr.Kim Chang Hyon (41), from South Korea, lying dead, face down on the ground. He was wearing blue shorts, and no shirt. His head was severely injured and there was a pool of blood on the ground.

On inspecting his room on the 4th floor, there were some signs of fighting in the bedroom and some pieces of broken glass in the toilet, some bloodstain on a towel, all of which police kept as evidence.

However. Miss. Amornrat Watabe (25) his girlfriend from U-dorn, was still frightening and crying, told police that, on Saturday 21st, She, Mr. Kim and their Korean customers drove to Pattaya to purchase property [14 Rai of land], opposite to Ambassador hotel, in order to build a new hotel.

Miss. Amornrat said, the business deal went well on the day. They had checked in at Summer Spring Hotel, Pattaya, where later the incident occurred.

Late at night, Mr. Kim and his Korean customers went to the Stardise pub but she went to a bowling place in North Pattaya with two Thai women who were in the same group. (http://www.pattayadailynews.com)
