Azeri Envoy to Host Concert in Seoul to Celebrate Proclamation of Its Independence

Azerbaijan Ambassador to South Korea Ramzi Teymurov will host "Two Violins Band" concert in Seoul on Feb. 21 (Wednesday), 2018 on the occasion of the proclamation of its independence as the sovereign state.

The special concert will be co-hosted by the Embassy of Georgia in Seoul and the Embassy of Ukraine in Seoul to celebrate the proclamation of their independence from the former Soviet Union.

According to the Azerbaijan Embassy in Seoul the concert will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the national liberation.

The world's famous music due will appear on stage in the upcoming concert: Virtuoso violinist Llya Bondarenko and the brilliant pianist Olena Zhukova.

"Two Violins Band" concert in Seoul


The pieces of Astor Piazzolla, Rodion Shchedrin, George Gershwin, and Alfred Schnittke will be interwoven with the charming melodies of Musa Mirzoyev and Mykhaijo Verykivsky for the concert program.

The venue will be the small theater of Yongsan Art Hall in Noksapyeong-daero 150, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. The place can be reached by Subway Line No. 6, Noksapyeong Station Exit No. 3.
