Spouses of Top Foreign Envoys Help Disabled Kids
Ambassadors¡¯ Spouses Association of Seoul (ASAS) donates 30,000,000 Won to Seung Ga Won welfare center on June 11, 2018 for disabled children and those in need.

Rev. Dong-Joon, president of Seung Ga Won welfare center, welcomed members of the Ambassadors¡¯ Spouses Association of Seoul (ASAS) at the welfare center and thanked them for the goodwill act they are doing towards the people in need and caring about the disabled children and those in need in general.

They reported that with the donated money, they bought a car, three wheelchairs with a special design and some other items for the centers and kids use.

Madam Konul Teymurova, president of ASAS, gave them information about ASAS, its mission and said that ASAS is a nonprofit, nonpolitical organization based in Seoul. One of the main missions of ASAS is to promote the friendship and philanthropy among its members and between them and people of the Republic of Korea.

As an example to this kind of act, it participates in various charity bazaars and events organized by the local and international organizations.

Following the last year 2017 Charity Ball, ASAS Charity Ball 2018 was held at the Seoul Dragon City in Seoul's Yongsan area on May 11, 2018. It was a big success with more than 30 embassies and many other local and international companies and individuals support and participation.
