with Daniel Pipes

The Middle East Forum cordially invites you to its inaugural webinar briefing

'Conspiracy Theories in a Time of Virus'
with Daniel Pipes

Building on his two books on conspiracy theories, Daniel Pipes will show how the increasing tendency to blame not China but the United States and Israel fits into a dangerous medieval pattern.

Daniel Pipes, president of the Middle East Forum
Daniel Pipes, president of the Middle East Forum, has been called "an authoritative commentator on the Middle East" by the Wall Street Journal and "perhaps the most prominent U.S. scholar on radical Islam" by the Washington Post. Al-Ba`th, a Syrian regime newspaper, just described him as “among the most influential academics in international politics.”

The author of sixteen books and a prize-winning columnist for the Washington Times and other newspapers, his website,, has had 75 million page visits, making it one of the Internet's most accessed sources of specialized information on the Middle East and Islamic issues.

Mr. Pipes has taught at Chicago, Harvard, and Pepperdine universities and served in various capacities in five U.S. government administrations, including two presidentially-appointed positions.

The Middle East Forum, an activist think tank, deals with the Middle East, Islamism, U.S. foreign policy, and related topics, urging bold measures to protect Americans and their allies. Pursuing its goals via intellectual, operational, and philanthropic means, the Forum recurrently has policy ideas adopted by the U.S. government.
