Czech Republic Art Nouveau Exhibiton Opens In Seoul
Czech Ambassador to Seoul Tomas Smetanka at exhibition

The Embassy of the Czech Republic is sponsoring an exciting Art Nouveau exhibition of prague's finest works that is currently being held on the first floor of the National Library, Banpo-dong, Seoul.

Opened on March 6, 2006 the exhibition includes many photographs of Prague's famous Art Nouveau buldings as well as around thirty posters drawn by the internationally renowned painter Alfons Mucha.

At the reception on March 6, 2006, Hussein Rammal, Amb. of Lebanon, Pavel Hrmo, Amb. of Slovakia, Pdero Goyenaga Hernaadez, Amb of Costa Rica, Jorge Boyona Medina, Amb. of Peru also took part by offering words of welcome for this exhibition of Prague's fascinating Art Nouveau history.

The exhibition runs through until March 15, 2006
