World's Sexiest Woman Bares All in Korean Ad
Supermodel Would Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur

Seoul — Wearing only spiked heels and standing in front of the world-famous 63 Building on Yeouido Island, international supermodel Joanna Krupa reveals her passion for animal rights as the star of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Asia-Pacific's (PETA) latest "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" ad.

Krupa has been voted the most beautiful woman in the world by Maxim, FHM, and GQ magazines. She was photographed for PETA's ad by top celebrity photographer Robert Sebree.

Krupa wants consumers to know that animals trapped for their fur suffer excruciating pain — often for days — before their chests are stomped on or their necks are broken by trappers. Beavers caught in underwater traps struggle frantically before drowning.

On fur farms, animals spend their entire lives in tiny, filthy cages, where they suffer physical and psychological distress before they are killed by poisoning, gassing, neck-breaking, or anal or vaginal electrocution.

In China, the world's leading fur exporter, animals on fur farms are commonly skinned alive. In addition, millions of dogs and cats are killed in China for the international fur trade. Because cat and dog fur is often deliberately mislabeled as fur from other species, it can wind up in stores anywhere in the world.

"There is nothing sexy about wearing something that is so obviously tied to senseless pain and killing," says Krupa.

Other stars of PETA's "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" series include actors Kim Basinger and Pamela Anderson, models Christy Turlington and Nadja Auermann, and rocker Tommy Lee.
