Independent Film Scheduled to Shoot in Boston
 | Soo Yun Lee (Evan Chen) | "Revolution is not a bad thing." So thinks the radical group "Preservation" from the upcoming East Island Films production "BOSTON."The film, which was written and is being directed by Donald Dingerson, stars; Evan Chen, Scott Pinkerton, Jesseal Paccubas, and James Lance, follows Soo Yun Lee (Evan Chen) and Alan Morrison (Scott Pinkerton) who inadvertently possess a journal detailing the crimes of Preservation for more than thirty years. Soo Yun and Alan quickly discover that the only people they can rely on are Soo Yun's younger sister Mi Sun (Jesseal Paccubas) and Alan's, business first father, James (James Lance). As death and destruction intrude on their normal life Alan and Soo Yun discover a dark side of human nature, a side that would kill both Soo Yun and Mi Sun to preserve its strict, isolationist ideology that tolerates no intrusions with no exceptions. "Boston" is a "political thriller with a message" explains writer and director Donald Dingerson. "Groups like preservation do exist in America and often times go un-noticed.""We have a great cast," Dingerson continues, "Evan and Jesseal are both rising stars and fit perfectly in their roles." Many of the cast members, especially James Lance, are excited about the sense of camaraderie that is felt amongst the cast. "It is important for me to have the cast come together and feel like they are a family, because that is what makes a great cast," says Dingerson. East Island Films will begin filming the trailer for "BOSTON" at the end of February and hope to begin principle photography for the film in August 2009.Contact: Donald Dingerson, Director East Island Films, LLC info@BostonTheFilm.com
