The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People was established to enhance the progress of colored people against racism. I have always wondered why other minorities were never profiled or brutalized like Blacks, and it occurred to me that many city and state laws were specifically written against Blacks. America is a republic governed by old White laws and since capitalism depends on an underclass of cheap laborers, it is imperative to keep Blacks from income, voting, and exceptional legal representation.

If capitalism in America depends on legalized racism against Blacks, this should provide a great platform for NAACP to kill racism by modifying its goal in order to generate increased membership, increased colored employment, and eliminate the underclass based on race.

For NAACP to become relevant today, it must modify its goal to provide lawyers and investigators for all discriminatory reports by colored people at work, business places, and against police in every city across America. The aim is not just to use DVDs to teach memebrs how to gather evidence and make effective reports, but also to hire colored lawyers with salaries to win cases.

Racism exists because many minorities cannot afford lawyers. In order to break this cycle of bondage, NAACP must guarantee adequate annual legal representation for members. When this happens, NAACP membership will not only rise drastically, but its members will see their membership fee as an investment towards attaining genuine fairness, freedom, and transfer of wealth.

The average colored person is prepared to pay an annual membership fee of $200 and $600 for a family of 4, if NAACP can guarantee sufficient employment of colored lawyers and investigators to tackle their discriminatory reports in a timely manner and win most of these cases. These legal victories will add new laws to counter the old racist ones and give millions of dollars in payment. When White racism realize that the colored are now legally getting wealthy off their lifestyle, they will now have to choose between removing the laws that enhances racism or keep giving colored people their wealth.
