The ever-popular Bossa Nova Beatniks will perform at our party.

WHITE WAVE’s spectacular GALA celebrates our first decade as a performing arts presenter, and will feature some of the freshest and most imaginative contemporary dancemakers in the world today, followed by a scrumptious dinner reception with live music and dancing.

All GALA attendees will receive complimentary gift bags valued over $200, including boutique gifts from Bloomingdale’s 59th SISLEY skincare products, and Spa services at the Carlyle Hotel. Attendees can also win gourmet wine baskets, “dinner-for-two” at local DUMBO eateries and many other special prizes in our GALA raffle.

WHITE WAVE’s GALA also pays tribute to the altruism of two of our organization’s most important supporters: Jay Beckner, Executive Director of the Mertz Gilmore Foundation, will receive an award in honor of his longstanding commitment to our programs and mission, and for the Foundation’s total dedication to the art of dance. We will honor attorney Mark Crosby for his steadfast belief in the importance of our work, and for generously contributing his time and expertise to WHITE WAVE for nearly two decades.
