Maurice & Earl by Peter Plant
Mr. Peter Plant
Peter Plant was born in Toronto, Canada, in 1958 and moved to London, England in 1979 to work as an advertising copywriter. He started drawing cartoons about life around him selling his first series Flash Filstrup to Penthouse Magazine. His first cartoon strip, Bogart, about a working girl and her cat, ran for many years in the UK Daily Mail. Sunday Times, Today, Daily Record, and newspapers worldwide, and was also published in paperback. In 2004 Maurice and Earl made its debut in the prestigious Canadian national Globe and Mail. He now lives in southern England with his wife, 3 children, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 tortoises, and duck.
