The Australian model caught the eye in a white vest top and stylish ripped jeans ahead of an appointment at the Crystal Nail Salon in Sydney's Rose Bay.
But it was her decision to go braless for the outing that demanded attention as she made her way inside.
In keeping with her relaxed look, Jesinta, 24, added to the ensemble with a pair of white Birkenstock sandals, while her long brunette locks were maintained with a conventional bun.
The model girlfriend of AFL star Lance 'Buddy' Franklin continued the low key theme by sporting minimal make-up for her latest appearance.
Accessorizing tastefully, Jesinta completed her look with a subtle leather handbag that remained casually slung over her left shoulder.
Evidently in high spirits, she offered a broad smile while chatting on her mobile phone shortly after pulling up outside the salon in her white Jeep.
Her upbeat demeanour appeared to be maintained as she settled into a chair and passed the time with fellow customers at the local establishment.
Despite a recent setback to their nuptials, things appear to be back on track for Jesinta and Buddy, who recently holidayed with Jestina's family on Hayman Island.
Although happy in their relationship, there won't be a tying the knot in the near future with Buddy recently admitting to The Daily Telegraph that they're not looking to set a date quite yet.
'We’ll just take it week-by-week at this stage and see how we go,' he said.
Back when they confirmed their engagement on social media, Jesinta wrote: 'I cannot wait to spend the rest of my life with you. There are no words to describe how happy we are.'
Who Is Jesinta Campbell?
Jesinta Campbell is an Australian Model, TV Host and beauty pageant titleholder who won Miss Universe Australia 2010 and represented Australia at Miss Universe 2010 and placed 2nd Runner-Up.
She was born on August 12, 1991 grew up on the Gold Coast, Queensland and attended Aquinas College through her schooling years.
Campbell was crowned as Miss Universe Australia 2010 on 17 June 2010 representing Queensland.
Jesinta competed at the 2010 edition of the Miss Universe pageant on August 23, 2010 and finished as the 2nd Runner-Up behind Yendi Phillipps (Jamaica) and winner Ximena Navarrete (Mexico). She was also designated Miss Congeniality at this pageant.
In September 2010, she became a guest reporter for entertainment and fashion subjects on Seven Network's The Morning Show She caused controversy by suggesting she should be able to show her "tits" on television. She has yet to show them.
In October 2011, she appeared as a contestant on the Nine Network's The Celebrity Apprentice Australia as a member of Team Unity.
Jesinta appeared on the Hot 30 Countdown on 3 January 2012 and filled in for Maude Garrett with Matty Acton for one week. Jesinta came back as Matty Acton's co-host on Frb. 27, 2012 on the Hot 30 Countdown.
Campbell is currently engaged to Sydney Swans forward Lance 'Buddy' Franklin.
On Oct. 10, 2013, Campbell uploaded a photo on Instagram that revealed she was in a relationship with Franklin.
